...from social media. This past week I have diligently spent less and less time on my phone. I log on to IG only once or twice, make sure to read and like each post on The AIDS Memorial and scroll through the few accounts that I follow then back out of the app completely. I stopped playing those Gardenscapes and Homescapes games since I was becoming actually addicted and took a step back. I thought I'd go through serious withdrawal but it's not so bad. I think I'll try to keep my time on Instagram and those two games to a bare minimum from here on out.
