Sunny Selfie Sunday

So today Kim and I had planned to drive up to Grounds for Sculpture. She had never been and I was excited to show her around and watch as she discovered the magic of it all. There was a line of cars waiting to pay and park at noon with a sign reading Timed Admission Sold Out. Whatever the eff that means. We reach the gate and were told they were sold out until 2pm. Two freakin o'clock? What the hell are we gonna do in Hamilton, New Jersey for two hours? And why didn't the sign say "Lot Full" or "No More Parking"?? It's not as though there is a capacity limit and the fire marshal will come and shut them down for having too many people out doors. Kim was calmer than I was because I was super disappointed. We decided to head to Cwood and grab a bite to eat at Heart Beet and chat. Yeah, they had a huge festival and right outside was a stage with a band. It was so unbelievably loud we could hardly hear eachother. All this frustration aside, our conversation in the car and silly photo-shoots made all the rubbish drift to the background of the day. We are both so looking forward to meeting Marina in J-Heights next month and wandering around Manhattan, checking out random museums.
