Heart Beet Recipe!

Heart Beet Kitchen Cauliflower Hummus c/o Philly Mag

Ingredients:

1 head of cauliflower, chopped and roasted
¼ cup of chickpeas
3 tablespoons olive oil
⅓ cup tahini
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cloves of garlic
½ teaspoon cumin
salt and pepper to taste

Prepare:

Pour all ingredients into food processor and pulse until the result is a smooth, hummus-like consistency.
