Happy 35th Anniversary!

Holy cannoli! Thirty-five years ago today I stood in the Green Room of the Academy of Music in Philly with Mum, Aunt Berne, and a school friend and came face to face with the effervescent and magnetic Ann Jillian. In honour of today I watched season one of It's a Living and loved every minute! As a little bonus, here's a photo that Ms. Jillian, AKA Mrs. Murcia, sent me not long after we met. She signed it in red, since she played the Red Queen, and over the years it has faded. But it still hangs on my wall next to my bed. After all this time that has past, I still absolutely adore this woman and hope that she is ridiculously happy.
