Saturday Out with Lucy

Finally I got to introduce Lucy to Baldwin's Book Barn. I told her all about lovely Fred who works the register and how he is quite possibly the cutest, most darling man to exist. As luck would have it, he was working today! I loved showing Lucy around and she was so excited to walk out with a stack of books for under fifteen bucks. Then it was off to Snap Pizza and Vegan Treats. On the way there and back we listened to The Miraculous Journey of Edward Tulane which was thoroughly depressing. The highlight was lil' Lucy saying "A'n Lisa? We've been together for eight hours!" And I coulda gone another eight.
