After Matthew was born I always spent Halloween with Donna, MJ, and the girls. In 2007 Ashlee was a sassy bumblebee, MJ was a Power Ranger, and Miranda was Little Miss Muffet. Donna's house after the divorce was only a few blocks from her ex-husband's and it was super convenient for the kids to stop over whenever they wanted. She wasn't there for more than a handful of years, though, but the time there it was always a full house. At one point it was Donna, her friend at the time Joan, Joan's adopted daughter Miranda who eventually Donna took in, our cousins Becky & Joe plus their kids Vanessa, Jared, and Tori, plus Nicole, Ashlee, and MJ on weekends. Donna could always be counted on to help out friends and family even if it meant disaster to her own life. 2007 was before all that when the house was neat and relaxing.
