Arthur & George

I happened to pop over to pbs.org and discovered this three episode show. It was really good! I do so love a mystery, especially one that is based on a true story. With Martin Clunes (love him!!) as Sir Arthur Conan Doyle and Charles Edwards (AKA Michael Gregson of Downton Abbey!) how could this miniseries be anything short of fabulous?!

Jax's First Portfolio

On Saturday I took Jackson to the Please Touch Museum in Philly. He had a blast, and while I was bored senseless (there is absolutely nothing for adults to do at this place except stand around and stare at their children. It was brutal.), it was still a great day together. I gave Jax my Canon Elph and let him snap pictures. Most of them are obscured by his finger in front of the lens, but some of them turned out kinda cool and it's interesting to see his view of things.

Buck

I saw this documentary in March of 2012 and have watched it a handful of times since. What struck me was just how absolutely serene Buck Brannaman is and what a fantastic example he leaves for others to follow. Fabulous film that deserves a watch, at least once, if not more.

One of these has GOT to take the ten spot...

Being that it is called currency, one would imagine it would stay rather current. However, that hasn't been the case until recently. I'm all for freshening up the bills and seeing these possibilites over at Fishs Eddy made me wish that we really did have these ladies represent. Here are my faves, in order.
