Instructions:
Beyond Meat Sweet Italian Sausage - cut into coins and skillet them
Yellow or white onion - chop into strips and add to the well done sausage in skillet
Cook til caramelised and translucent
Add lil’ tomatoes and cook til wrinkly
Toss in a tablespoon minced garlic and cook to mid-medium
Add seasonings: oregano, basil, parsley
Add in zoodlies (zucchini noodles) or pasta of choice (in the below Mama Rose and I added bow toe pasta and halved zuke coins)
Add more olive oil if needed
Result? Deliciousness!
