Christmas Comes to Edinburgh

Dork that I am, I love to see (and take snapshots of) holiday decorations and check out seasonal window-shop displays. 

Gonna Fly Now

Heading home from The Dubs I scored big-time by having a two-seater all to myself! For the first time ever I had a spot with a window (with my incessant need to peepod, I always book an aisle seat) and was able to peer out as we flew over Philadelphia. I know that I'm no Margaret Bourke-White, but whatever, I like the pic.

On Kildare Street there are these cool animal carvings around the base of the columns. The monkeys playing pool (or snooker??) are my faves.
