The Best Jewish Apple Cake


Ingredients
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 cup cooking oil
4 eggs
⅓ cup orange juice
2 ½ tsp baking powder
5 large peeled and sliced apples
2 tsp cinnamon
5 tbsp sugar
couple fistfuls of walnut halves/pieces

Steps
- measure flour, sugar, oil, eggs, orange juice, and baking powder into one bowl and mix well
- grease and flour a bundt pan
- sprinkle apples with combined cinnamon and sugar
- pour half of the flour mixture in pan
- cover with half of the apples
- another layer of the remaining flour mixture then the rest of the apples
- top with walnuts and a dollop of love in the form of kisses in the bundt pan's direction
Bake at 350° for an hour and 45 minutes
