Yesterday I was snowed in, plus it was bananas cold outside, so I lit a ton of candles, kicked back on my grandparents' old recliner and chillaxed all day. Then as night approached, I set up a new puzz on my puzzle desk and put on Jean Shepherd's A Christmas Story audiobook that Dick Cavett brilliantly narrates. Oh my holy Jesus, when he talks about the Bumpus family, I genuinely howl with laughter. It's so unbelievably hilarious. This puzzle was fun but definitely a challenge once I had to find all the pieces for the black cat in the brown box. I stepped away to cut my hair and soak in the tub with a book, came back and wound up staying up until well after 4 in the morning to finish it. Oy vey...
