I was flipping through some old scrapbooks from when I was younger and found I'd cut these Peter Falk drawings from a magazine. This man needs to put out a book of his artwork because it's so beautiful.

I can't tell you how much I adore getting more postcards with each trip to Murphy's Loft. It's almost as though I myself were opening my mailslot and receiving these lovely postcards from all over the world....

Bill and Judith - April 1990

Kat and I love visiting the library around the corner from my place. Occasionally while we chat with friends at the check out, there will be found photographs tapped onto the register. Langston always lets me take them and some are framed in my home. I so enjoy naming the people in the photos and trying to create a backstory. Clearly Bill and Judith have been married for eons. They had met at a mutual friend's party when Bill was in college and Judith was a senior. They've been head over heels ever since.

SJP's Butterfly Ring

This is without question one of the most stunning pieces of jewelry I've ever seen. I'm not much of a girly girl, but this ring I would wear every day, all day. However, I'd prefer the wings to be made of brighter stones - garnets, rubies, emeralds or sapphires. The only thing that overshadows this ring is the chivalry of Matthew Broderick carrying his lovely wife so as to save her shoes from the rainfall. What a guy!
