Grey Gardens

I first saw this fab documentary back in August of '08 and decided to snag the library's copy and re-watch it. Oh Edie Beale, what a gorgeous lady. I know everyone goes on and on about her style, but seriously, she's just so put together and unique, all at the same time. She's a very quirky individual and I think that's why so many people loved the film and saw something rich and inviting in Edie specifically. She seemed like an ideal dinner companion and definitely BFF material. Everything she said was interesting and her voice...I adored her accent and turn of phrase. So elegant.
